LBC Review: The Boy Scouts and The Homosexual Agenda

It probably didn't take long for anyone to become aware of the news information that the Boy Scouts have reaffirmed their ban on homosexuality after a confidential, two-year review.

It probably didn't take long for anyone to become aware of the uproar that has been created, and specifically, the outcry from the gay community.

Ultimately, however, this really moves my sneaking suspicion that the Homosexual agenda isn't concerned about tolerance and equality the way they seem to be boasting.

As the CNSNEWS article here quotes Chad Griffen as stating that the Boy Scouts have, "chosen to teach division and intolerance."

What's actually intolerant is not allowing an organization to continue in it's values and beliefs. Let's be consistent as well and also figure out if the homosexual community knows where to draw the line. Is it still intolerant and divisive if the North American Man/Boy Love Association believes they should be involved in the Boy Scouts and are also banned? An organization that was in fact supported by gay rights activist Harry Hay as noted here. Surely such a notion is irrational.

Darlene Nipper is cited in the CNSNEWS article as stating that the boy scouts have, "have turned their backs on a chance to demonstrate fairness, exercise sound judgment, and serve as a role model for valuing others."

I'm convinced the only ultimate definition of fairness would (in the gay communities eyes regarding this situation) be if the Boy Scouts abandoned their position. Really, this isn't about equality of rights, it's about the gay community's rights taking precedence over others.

Sound judgment really can't be sound judgment anymore. Sound judgment is only sound if one begins to embrace someone else's opinion whilst abandoning their own, without taking into serious consideration the issues presented (which the Boy Scouts did for 2 years). The greatest service given by a role model for the valuing of others is absolutely seen in their protecting the values of those who don't support the homosexual agenda.

Or at least begin to recognize and respect the wishes and the desires of the Boy Scouts to allow for their organization to not be a platform for the homosexual agenda. Not everything needs embrace the gay rights agenda in order for fairness and equality of rights, especially an organization that is geared towards actually being a socialization institute. This organization, once again, isn't a platform for sexual orientation.

If the Boy Scouts embraces a gay rights socialization agenda, we've jumped out of the frying pan of "civil" rights and into the fire of lopsided, homosexual, superiority of rights.
